Reservation Commitment
There are no refunds for cancellations.
This is a firm policy. Here’s why.
Once you reserve a date and time, that spot is held for you while others await openings, resources are committed, and preparations are made prior to your appointment. As a result substantial time is invested before you even begin, so please be sure you are prepared to follow through when you contact us.
Payment Process
It’s done a lil’ differently here
- We love your enthusiasm, but to make sure everything is set in stone, you’ll submit your payment AFTER you lock in your reservation date.
- This helps us keep things smooth on our end, especially if you change your mind before finalizing your spot on the calendar.
- After your appointment is set up you’ll receive an email with a link to process your payment.
